Entrust is looking for a Service Product Manager to join the Central Issuance Solution Marketing team. This role leads strategic efforts for our issuance hardware and services portfolio, particularly in the government ID and financial markets. The Product Manager will translate market insights into the product roadmap and requirements to achieve business goals. This role partners with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Services to promote, assemble, and sell Entrust issuance solutions. The portfolio includes hardware maintenance services, software maintenance agreements, and specific hardware technologies for secure issuance of financial and ID credentials including passports and credit/debit cards. The Product Manager will lead efforts to ensure the competitive services offerings meet customer requirements and deliver unique value.

Responsibilities
  • Track performance and report findings to key stakeholders on service financial metrics. Drive changes and solve problems to meet goals.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of service policies, programs, contracts, and pricing.
  • Ensure all service deliverables are completed by new product development teams (service pricing, warranty, technical manuals, etc.) as a member of core or launch teams depending on project scope.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to define solution requirements in government and financial markets.
  • Lead the development of the overall cross-functional Service Solutions roadmap.
  • Convert market needs into documented product requirements and user stories by interacting with customers, partners, market influencers, and internal stakeholders including sales, services, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions, including hardware and software service offerings, while supporting adherence to the Entrust service process.
  • Manage and develop technical product positioning, technical value proposition definitions, and deliver technical presentation material to educate sales, service, client, and partner technical teams.
  • Partner with training and sales teams to define, develop, and deliver training events to increase education and skill set capabilities of the organization and our partner channel.
  • Serve as product SME to provide content for marketing and sales tools (demos, presentations, case studies, white papers, datasheets, etc.) and adapt them for target markets.
  • Support sales, implementation, customer support and trade show efforts where appropriate.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial product management or development
  • Experience with capital equipment hardware and software service offerings (programs, policies, and pricing)
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US

  • Fluent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills driving compelling decision making for strategic and product planning

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $118,787–$174,220 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs including medical, vision, dental, a 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave, and education reimbursement.
