Entrust is looking for a Service Product Manager to join the Central Issuance Solution Marketing team. This role leads strategic efforts for our issuance hardware and services portfolio, particularly in the government ID and financial markets. The Product Manager will translate market insights into the product roadmap and requirements to achieve business goals. This role partners with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Services to promote, assemble, and sell Entrust issuance solutions. The portfolio includes hardware maintenance services, software maintenance agreements, and specific hardware technologies for secure issuance of financial and ID credentials including passports and credit/debit cards. The Product Manager will lead efforts to ensure the competitive services offerings meet customer requirements and deliver unique value.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $118,787–$174,220 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
