As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Product Manager. This role will report to the Head of Product Innovation and work closely with the Product Engineering Team, providing them with specifications of new features and reviewing at various points of the development lifecycle. As part of the team defining new strategic areas of feature development, this role will ensure Unily continues to deliver functional value to our customer base. More specifically, this involves prioritisation of features, input into roadmap delivery, owning the creation of user stories for agreed features, oversight of delivery of features in line with initial objectives, and input into delivery messaging.
The role is not solely responsible for development aspects of features on time and to specification. This is a wider Product Engineering team responsibility that involves different skills and people. Responsibilities will include:
