As a Product Manager in our Care Management team, you’ll shape features that improve care outcomes for thousands of people every day. What You’ll Do
  • Own and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead discovery using user research, data insights, and frontline care feedback
  • Translate complex care needs and regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog to balance speed, compliance, and user value
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features, on time
  • Coordinate go-to-market rollouts, training, and internal readiness activities
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on real-world impact
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectors
  • Demonstrable success delivering products end-to-end, from discovery to release
  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a user-centred, data-informed mindset
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: experience in health or social care, or building products for care professionals
