A leading recreational organization in Coventry seeks a Product Manager for New Product Development & Guest Experience. The role manages the full product lifecycle, ensuring developments meet customer needs. £40-£45,000 per annum
The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. We are recruiting for a Product Manager - New Product Development & Guest Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling propositions, making sure our products and services meet the needs of our customers today and in the future. The role acts as the Club customer and member champion, understanding our customer/member needs. The role encompasses working closely with the Head of Research & Insight to distil customer insights and innovate to make The Club experience the best in the category. The role manages the full product lifecycle, from membership proposition to new product development and existing product improvement ensuring that the foundational guest experience standards are met brilliantly and consistently.
