  • Prepare insightful reports and engaging presentations as required.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
  • Support new product development builds and ensure adherence to the NPI process and departmental operating procedures.
  • Resolve inter‑departmental issues promptly, collaborating with other business areas to optimise project delivery.
  • Streamline complexity whenever possible, contributing to efficient processes.
  • Create and maintain bills of material in collaboration with the BOM administrators for new products.
  • Foster product knowledge within the department and provide technical expertise to the rest of the company by resolving technical inquiries.
  • Identify and adopt best practices, tools, and techniques to maximise engineering efficiency and output quality, including conducting risk assessments.
  • Support the technical support administrator in addressing customer and dealer inquiries via email and telephone.

Your focus will be on promoting product modularity, streamlining complexity, and championing top‑notch design disciplines and technical excellence.

You will ensure that new designs seamlessly integrate into the manufacturing process, minimising any disruptions. By closely collaborating with your team, you will strive to meet and exceed expectations in terms of functionality, reliability, practicality, aesthetics, and innovation, all aimed at minimising customer complaints and enhancing overall satisfaction.
