Qualifications

• Ideally experienced in producing BOMs and technical documentation.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD systems aside from Autodesk Inventor is acceptable.

RESPONSIBILITIES for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

• Design and develop high-quality products using CAD software, primarily Autodesk Inventor
• Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturing processes
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with our quality standards
• Uphold the integrity of our design and development work

REQUIREMENTS for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
• Ideally, an understanding of metals, fabrication techniques, and machining processes
• Expertise in Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with Autodesk Vault preferred, but experience with other CAD systems will be considered
• Background in shop floor machining or hands-on manufacturing environments
• Experience producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
