Product Designer – SBS Team

We are seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences for our web and mobile products. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to turn complex workflows into elegant solutions, ensuring usability and consistency across our design system.

Responsibilities
  • Design user‑centered experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes.
  • Own Figma workflows: create and maintain design components, libraries, and tokens for scalable design systems.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to improve user experience.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Document design decisions and present work in design reviews and stakeholder sessions.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
