Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

The Chief Data and Analytics Office is responsible for building enterprise-scale, cutting-edge platforms for Data Management & Analytics and AI/ML Operations that are used firm-wide by the JPMC workforce for Artificial Intelligence (including generative AI)/Machine Learning (AI/ML) development and Data Management.

As a Data Governance Product Delivery Manager within JPMorganChase CDAO Function, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of AI/ML and data projects and programs across the organization. You will drive innovation, influence senior leadership, and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives, including road mapping and long-term planning.

Job responsibilities
  • Set the strategic direction for data-driven projects and programs, ensuring they align with the bank's vision and deliver transformative value.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of complex initiatives, managing resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Influence and engage with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities, ensuring projects support the bank's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practices in project management, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps to guide strategic project initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Represent the CDAO function in executive meetings and forums, advocating for data-driven initiatives and their impact on the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Significant experience in project management, program management, or related roles, with a focus on data and analytics within a financial services environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive change and influence organizational direction.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive experience in road mapping, strategic planning, and aligning project initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Professional certification such as PgMP (Program Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Familiarity with the centralized Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) operations
