Job Overview

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Supplier Management Professional and be part of a global team that pioneers breakthroughs in healthcare. The role reports to the Head of Strategic Procurement GB&I and focuses on digitisation, process control, and supplier registration across country, regional, and global levels.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and conduct Supplier Management using defined methods, tools, and processes.
  • Represent Supplier Management in cross‑functional councils and ensure effective communication of relevant information.
  • Monitor and manage adherence to Procurement policy and the P2P process to achieve high process efficiency and compliance.
  • Contribute to projects and work groups driving transformation and process efficiency with appropriate digital tools.
  • Perform comparisons of Actual vs. Plan and pursue the effects of agreed measures.
  • Provide regular business reports on KPIs such as contribution to net income (CNI), payment term equivalent (PTE), and purchasing volume (PVO).
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to streamline supplier registration, including documentation collection and contract management.
  • Collate, process, and present required data to procurement teams and wider business functions.

  • Experience with data analysis and deriving insights from large volumes of data.
  • Passion for procurement digitalisation and familiarity with tools such as Qlik View, Power BI, and Power Automate.
