Salary Information: The salary range for this position is £68,000-£75,750 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

Senior Manager, UK & Europe Carrier Procurement! Take a leading role in shaping the future of our transportation network across the region. In this highly strategic position, you’ll manage end-to-end carrier relationships—from first mile supplier collections to last mile delivery—for both small and large parcels within the UK and Ireland.
As part of our dynamic Global Transportation & Delivery team, you'll drive contract negotiations, lead RFPs, and ensure high-performing, cost-effective carrier partnerships. Your key focus will be leading procurement and commercial strategy across all transportation modes within the UK—covering first mile supplier collections, middle mile truckload, and last mile small and large parcel delivery. You’ll also support cross-border carrier relationships and flows from Europe and Poland into the UK and Ireland, ensuring international operations are efficient and well-integrated into the broader network.
