Procurement - Execution and Performance Manager (EPM)

Within the Thales Alenia Space Procurement organization, we are looking for a dynamic Execution and Performance Manager (EPM) to join our team in the UK.
Procurement of products and services within Thales Alenia Space represents approximately 50% of turnover; therefore supplier competitiveness and operational performance, in terms of on-time delivery, conformity and quality, are key factors of success.
As a procurement EPM, you will be responsible for leading the relationship with the suppliers once the contract has been put in place by a Category Buyer. You will lead on the management of supplier operational performance in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Quality, Programme Management Office). You will ensure that the Supplier rapidly solves critical issues which may be financial / contractual, technical, production, supply chain, etc. You will take a leadership position in anticipating risks and opportunities to delivery. You will take leadership responsibility for negotiating all contractual changes and assessing global supplier performance for your project portfolio. In this leadership role you will need to perform to deliver all project and supplier goals. You will demonstrate the empathy and team spirit needed to succeed with strong problem solving, communication and project management skills, working in an inclusive environment.
