Job Description
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage contracts, including renewals and negotiations, to secure favourable terms.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain department.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance and budget adherence.
  • Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Offer excellent customer service to internal stakeholders regarding procurement needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement & Contracts Officer should have:
