A leading housing association in the United Kingdom is seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager to join their Property & Estates Services team. You will manage a portfolio of contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining compliance with legal standards. Ideal candidates have strong contract management skills and experience in property services. Full time - 36 hours per week
Hybrid working - expected office days 3 days per week

The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective delivery of contracted works and services by managing performance and overseeing projects so they are delivered on time, within budget, and to Raven and regulatory standards.
