Job description

Overview

A leading international restaurant group is looking to hire a new Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager for Data Strategy on a part-time basis. The role will be for 3/4 days per week with 2 required onsite.

Responsibilities

• Managing data collection and reporting for sensitive employee investigations to be disseminated to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying trends and flagging these to leadership for follow-up.
• Collaborating with the People Team to update our case management system to better capture investigation data.
• Ensuring integrity of data that is collected by different staff members and teams.
• Finding creative solutions to handle situations where data exists in multiple environments. Presenting your findings to leadership on a monthly basis.

Qualifications / Experience

It would also be highly beneficial if you have experience using Power BI and a high level of Excel knowledge. This will include pivot tables, Power Query, etc.

Location and Schedule

This role will be based in North London and will be 3/4 days a week with approximately 1 onsite day in the office.
