We are seeking a highly motivated Production/Process Engineer to join our Engineering team in Great Yarmouth. This newly created role is pivotal in driving manufacturing excellence across microelectronic package assembly and process optimization for high-reliability electronic components used in commercial, aerospace, and defence applications. As the nominated engineer for specific programmes, you will play a key role in ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant production processes within a collaborative team environment.
