Job description

An exciting opportunity to become part of the Husqvarna UK team and gain experience working for the global leader in robotic lawnmowers.

Supporting the Pro Robotics Team, Sales and Services functions to develop Autonomous turf care growth in the UK. Primary focus on golf, sports turf and facility management customer segments.

Key duties: Site survey, installation, demonstration, technical support and dealer training.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Mobile technical support role for the professional autonomous turf care products within the Husqvarna UK business. A key area for growth with industry leading technology.

Primary focus area covering the South West regions and Greater London. The candidate will support the Husqvarna Pro Partner dealer network and end customers.

• Site survey for golf courses, sports pitches, facilities
• Installation of robotic lawnmowers, using RTK-GNSS signal technology
• Dealer training; Installation, technical and service
• Training of dealers and end customers in product concept, including RTK GNSS (GPS)
• Product surveillance and advanced trouble shooting
• Travel within area assigned with overnight stays
• Working in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions
• Some overseas travel may be required for training purposes

Additional Skills/Qualifications Required

• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
• Technology focussed
• Electrical engineering experience and/or qualification
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Existing experience of Robotic solutions in the groundcare sector would be advantageous
