A luxury department store in Greater London seeks a Gifting and Campaigns Manager responsible for creating and managing a unique gifting calendar for private shoppers. The ideal candidate will have experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, skills in managing campaigns and teams, and strong commercial acumen. This role is hybrid, allowing for flexible working arrangements, and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences while fostering a collaborative culture among staff.
We are looking for a Gifting and Campaigns Manager who will work within our Client Engagement to create a unique gifting and campaigns calendar for clients within Private Shopping. Working closely with other internal teams within Private Shopping and across the business, the role will focus on making memorable and impactful moments for our Private Shopping Clients.
Within this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a 12‑month gifting, experience and campaign calendar in partnership with Marketing, CRM, Insights and Private Shopping teams, ultimately to surprise and delight our new and existing clients. You will oversee the delivery of the gifting and campaign strategy to maximise opportunities and retention, seek to build connections between clients and the service, with a consideration of value and potential at every possibility. As a Gifting and Campaigns Manager, you will also focus on developing the team of Executives and Assistants and effectively leading through change. You will focus on creating an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel engaged and set up to do their best work with a focus on celebrating success and addressing challenges.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on‑site or have a mix of on‑site and home working – this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.
