I am working with a leading executive search firm who, by combining creativity and rigour, successfully support their private equity portfolio clients to achieve the recruitment of their most senior executives. This firm predominantly focus on the appointment of Chairs, CEOs & CFOs however also support their clients on the placement of other C-suite roles including NED, Managing Director, COO, CIO/CTO and Sales and Marketing Directors.

They are looking to make a number of hires in the beginning on 2022. One need is a Delivery Consultant to join the Technology practice, this role will be supporting the Partner with delivering mandates within the Technology & Tech-Enabled Business. The Partner is responsible for developing their network and presence across this arena and the delivery consultants remit will include the delivery of mandates and in time develop their own relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partner in delivering mandates within Technology and Tech-Enabled Business.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and client relationships, with the aim of progressively owning relationships over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional retained search environment, preferably within Technology/TMT into Private Equity (Private Equity exposure is not essential).
• Open to candidates from a contingent background who want to transition into a retained environment.
• Polished, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a dynamic search environment.
