Salary: £60,000 – £75,000

The Role:

As part of its succession planning, the firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE to join its dedicated team of 8 Fee Earners. You will have the full support of a Legal Secretary and access to an array of high-quality work within the Private Client sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and elderly client advice
• Administering estates and trusts
• Advising on Court of Protection matters
• Trust & estate accounting and tax management

What We’re Looking For?

• You will have a strong background in Private Client work and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
• A STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
• You will bring expertise in handling complex cases with confidence and professionalism
