Overview

Sellick Partnership is working on behalf of a forward-thinking and respected legal practice seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their established team. This role focuses on contentious probate and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a range of complex private client matters. You will take responsibility for a caseload involving inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, and contested estate matters, while also supporting the broader private client offering across wills, LPAs, and estate planning. This is a key position within a supportive team where you will be given the autonomy to manage your own files, build strong client relationships, and contribute to ongoing team growth.

  • Confidence in legal knowledge, ability to work independently, and commitment to delivering practical, high-quality advice.
  • Additional experience in tax or trust work would be beneficial, though not essential.
