The candidate will handle Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts while providing excellent client care. They are a down-to-earth, friendly firm. There are a total of 21 members of staff across our Leeds and Harrogate offices, with further expansion plans in 2025. The firm is a thriving and expanding law practice committed to serving individuals and businesses with an enviable client base.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced private client team.
The right candidate will have the opportunity for training and development and will assist with work within the department with the possibility of running a small and simple caseload with supervision and training.
As a private client paralegal working in the private client department, you will deal with all manner of private client work to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, probate administration and Court of Protection applications.
This will include: – Corresponding with clients and dealing with initial enquiries, quoting, opening files and dealing with initial paperwork to include drafting legal documents, dealing with third parties such as the land registry, HMCTS and HMRC, managing client expectations, updating databases and case management software, and more.
The team will take an active interest in your training and development in this post.
