Key Responsibilities

This role combines fee-earning, client care and firm contribution. You will:

  • Manage their own caseload in a timely and efficient manner
  • Attend client meetings, follow up with clear and accurate advice
  • Draft Wills, deal with estate administration and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Conduct legal research and keep up to date with legal developments
  • Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance procedures are followed
  • Contribute to internal meetings and firmwide initiatives
  • Help grow the department through strong client service and cross-referral work
You Will Need
