Qualifications

  • Experience in dealing with Probate & Estate matters is essential.
  • Experience drafting Wills and LPAs is required.
  • Knowledge of Trusts is a plus.

  • Work alongside a team of 3 lawyers.
  • Possibility to lead/supervise the firm's Private Client team.

Job description

Established West Sussex practice seeks Private Client Solicitors, CILEX's, Probate Executives and Paralegals.

Offering WFH 2-3 days per week as well as part-time/flexible hours

You will be joining this relaxed practice overseeing an existing caseload whilst working alongside a team or 3 lawyers in the firms Private Client department split across two village locations. You will have experiencedealing with Probate & Estate matters, drafting Wills, LPAs and ideally some knowledge of Trusts. Any experience with COP work would be an advantage.

This role offers the successful individual the chance to either work as a lawyer in the department or to head/supervise the firms Private Client team and become part of the "Directorship" (having a vital say in how the business is run). Part-time will also be considered.
