Job Description
  • Advise on a range of private client matters including wills, trusts, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
  • Prepare Court of Protection applications and manage deputy files.
  • Draft complex agreements and provide tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas including family, corporate, and property teams.
  • Supervise junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Must be a qualified lawyer.
  • Ideally 5+ years' PQE in private client law with strong technical knowledge.
  • Experience in taxable estates, wills, inheritance tax, trusts, and Court of Protection matters.
  • Excellent academics (minimum 2:1 preferred) and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, collaborative approach.
