Job Title: Prison Cleared RMN – Redditch (UK) Location: HMP Hewell and HMP Oakwood Salary: £27 Per Hour Type: Hourly Rate Contract: 3 month minimum (likely to be extended) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Two of these positions are at HMP Hewell, and one is at HMP Oakwood. We are seeking individuals who have current prison clearance and the drive to make a difference in this specialised setting.

• Provide high-quality mental health support to inmates, managing and assessing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and risk assessments for new and existing inmates.
• Support the rehabilitation process by offering psychological support and developing coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards and legal requirements.
