• Administer medications safely, including controlled drugs, in line with policy and clinical governance.
• Run health clinics covering wound management, immunisations, and routine health checks.
• Ensure the safety of all by adhering to strict security and risk assessment protocols.
• Collaborate closely with GPs, mental health professionals, and custodial staff to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to health education and promotion campaigns.
• Mentor junior staff and support quality improvement through audits and feedback.
• Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
