The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in business development and retention within litho and digital print, POS, and direct mail sectors.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Support clients with low spend or requiring additional assistance.
  • Identify and contact key decision-makers within organizations.
  • Generate leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face or via phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients.
  • Understand customer needs and develop effective plans to meet them.
  • Think strategically by setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the company's products and be able to advise clients accordingly.
