In this role, you will be responsible for leading proactive sourcing, deep-market research, and the delivery of diverse executive talent pipelines for Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President level positions. You will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, with close partnership and unity across other Exec Search team members.
Our Executive Recruiting team operates as an internal boutique search firm, providing high-touch talent advisory services, competitor intelligence, and market mapping to our senior leaders.
