Principal Safety Engineer | SC Clearance Required

This key role will drive safety assurance activities across a diverse and complex product landscape, ensuring robust solutions for cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a dynamic team shaping high-integrity systems where your expertise in hazard identification, safety case development, and safety engineering principles will be front and centre.
• From influencing design decisions to presenting to senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in safeguarding performance at every stage.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualifications in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in safety-critical environments
• Familiarity with key safety analysis methods (FMECA, FTA, HAZOP, etc.)
• The ability to lead audits, mentor others, and drive safety improvements from concept to delivery
• You must be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance and hold UK citizenship.
