A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Principal EICA Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead innovative projects in water and wastewater infrastructure. Job Title: Principal EICA Engineer
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits
Location: Falmer/Brighton (Hybrid – required onsite either once a week on Wednesdays or for a few days every couple of weeks)

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Principal EICA Engineer to drive innovation across major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You’ll develop forward-thinking, sustainable design solutions, assess new technologies, and play a key part in advancing modern water recycling and treatment facilities.
You’ll work within a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering complex engineering outcomes that genuinely move the needle for environmental performance, efficiency, and resilience.

Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is required due to site visits.
