We’re looking for a Principal Design Engineer to join our thriving team, a driven, ambitious professional who is ready to take ownership, lead design excellence, and make a tangible impact. • Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems across a range of projects, from concept through construction and operation.

Qualifications & Attributes

• A strong ability to apply pragmatic electrical design solutions practically across real‑world projects.
• Proven track record of design leadership, delivering successful projects from concept through construction and operation.
• Hands‑on experience with design software (Trimble ProDesign, Relux, Dialux, Office, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and tools, using them to create innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• A proactive, ambitious, and growth‑oriented mindset, someone who drives results, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Commitment to sustainable, low‑carbon, and energy‑efficient design, with the ability to integrate environmental performance into every project.
