Overview

Are you an ambitious Principal Recruitment Consultant with experience in Industrial & Logistics? MDE Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join us remotely, with the clear path to launch and lead a brand-new branch covering Gloucestershire, Swindon, and Worcestershire.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong track record in the Industrial & Logistics sector and is ready to step up into management and build a team, shape a branch, and drive growth in a high-demand market.

Salary: Up to £40,000K base + OTE

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a successful Industrial & Logistics desk, with full support from an established brand
• Lead recruitment across temporary and permanent Industrial & Logistics roles
• Develop and mentor junior consultants as the branch grows
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring top-quality service to clients and candidates
• Identify and develop new client opportunities in the Gloucestershire, Swindon, and Worcestershire region
• Work closely with senior leadership to establish and grow a profitable regional office

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Principal or strong Senior Consultant within Industrial & Logistics
• Experience billing £150,000+ annually (or demonstrable strong billing history)
• Knowledge of compliance, contracts, and sector-specific legislation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
• Ambition to step into leadership and build a team around you
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to launch and scale a new branch
