A dynamic consulting firm in the UK is seeking a senior leader to drive growth in their health and social care consultancy practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in consultancy, coupled with strong sales skills and a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes. We’re a young, dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial consulting firm on a mission. Everything we do is about social impact. Over the last seven years, we’ve become a respected, trusted, source of advice and support to clients across central Government, and in the education and training sectors – working closely with our client colleagues on a wide variety of public service design, commissioning and delivery programmes.
Having successfully established the firm, we’re ready to take the next step. We recently agreed an ambitious new strategy, through which we are diversifying into the health and social care sector and expanding our suite of customer propositions – including not least to support customers’ digital and data-driven transformation.
To support that diversification and growth, we are moving into the health and social care sector purposefully and meaningfully, developing our differentiated offer to clients and making us the go to consultancy for health and social care. We have a solid platform on which to build and this is an exciting time and opportunity to be a key part of that journey.
We are looking for someone to join the senior leadership team in the firm, and drive the growth of our health and social care practice. We need someone with the experience in health and social care consultancy, with a deep understanding of the complexities and requirements of the sector.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will be part of the growth of the firm – supporting us to define who we are and where we want to go. This is an opportunity for an individual to grow, and advance their career, you will need to revel in that entrepreneurial growth mindset and set of expectations.
