Manage and deliver professional technical consultancy commissions, including Technical Due Diligence, condition surveys, and other related services.
Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner at all times, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Provide the Sector Director with quantifiable updates on the progress of each contract on a regular basis.
Support the development of junior building surveyors through mentoring and supervision, fostering growth and technical knowledge within the team.
