Job summary

A leading IT consultancy based in the UK seeks a Primavera P3M/PMIS Functional Consultant. This hybrid role involves engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and performing fit gap analysis. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud and experience in the UK's water and energy industries. The contract is initially for 6 months, offering a competitive daily rate of £725 to £780.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud and Unifier.
  • Experience in UK water and energy industries is a plus.
  • 3+ Implementation Projects experience in OPC functionalities.

Overview

Primavera P3M/PMIS Functional Consultant
6 Month contract initially
Based: Hybrid/Coventry - Max 3 days p/w onsite initially.
Rate: £725 - £780 p/d (via Umbrella)

Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand current portfolio and processes.
  • Collect detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform fit gap analysis.
  • Regular status reporting to the program manager.
  • Prepare discovery documentation, take notes, process map. Get it validated by customer stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) features and functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier features and functionalities.
  • Understanding portfolio, program and project management methodologies, transactional processes, project life cycle management processes.
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design and Documentations for complex IT systems implementation projects.
  • Experience in UK water and energy industries will be an added advantage.
  • 3+ Implementation Projects experience in OPC Schedule, Task Management, Resource Management & Risk Management.
  • Hands-on experience in OPC Workflows, forms, designs, configuration & settings.
  • Proficiency in integrating OPC with Oracle, SAP ERP systems & other third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in integrating OPC, P6 and Primavera Unifier.
  • Customer facing role with good persuasion skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as a team member and embrace the culture of the organization they work for.
