GSL Education are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to work in thriving schools across Gainsborough. Whether you’re seeking flexible daily supply or a long-term role, we have fantastic opportunities to suit your availability.

About the Role:

This is an exciting chance to deliver creative and inclusive lessons that inspire learning and ensure pupil progress. You will work in a warm, inclusive classroom environment and be supported by a skilled leadership team. Positions are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and we’ll match you to the year group that best suits your strengths.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the national curriculum
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Establish a safe and stimulating classroom atmosphere
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and support staff
  • Uphold high standards of classroom behaviour and school values

Job Requirements for Primary Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification in the UK
  • Prior experience working as a Primary Teacher across UK schools
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • Experience in planning and delivering quality lessons
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
