Qualifications

  • Experience in special educational needs (SEN) or alternative provision settings is preferred.
  • Candidate must possess an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Teach across the primary curriculum and adapt lessons to individual needs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Plan engaging and differentiated activities to inspire students.
  • Work closely with SENCOs and Teaching Assistants to support learners holistically.
  • Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.

This rewarding role involves working with pupils aged 5 - 11 who experience a range of additional needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD).

Your Role Will Include
