Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Design and deliver inspiring lessons that align with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs of your pupils.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.
  • Track and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback that encourages continuous improvement and academic growth.
  • Maintain strong classroom management, promoting respectful behaviour, collaboration, and a structured, supportive learning space.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on student progress and working together to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure that every student receives the guidance and resources they need to succeed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching Primary-aged children
  • Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
