Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Rayleigh, Essex Daily Rate: £140 - £160 per day Contract: Day-to-Day / Flexible Cover

Make a difference in Rayleigh classrooms with total flexibility.

We are actively seeking proactive Primary Teachers for daily supply cover in the Rayleigh area. We work with a diverse range of schools, from vibrant inner-city academies to small community primary schools, all looking for reliable cover teachers to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Covering classes for absent teachers (sickness, course cover, or PPA time).
• Following lesson plans left by the class teacher and adapting where necessary.
• Building rapid rapport with pupils to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
