Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with additional needs.
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role).
  • Able to adapt to the different needs of each child.
  • Flexible and adhere to the needs of the pupils in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a 1:1 or small group basis with children who have Special Educational Needs.
  • Lesson/work planning for the students you are working with.
  • Utilise learning schemes in order to progress your student's learning.
  • Report back to parents and teachers regarding the student's progress.
  • Supporting children's physical, social and emotional well-being.
