TeacherActive are working with a spectacular Primary School located in Ystrad Mynach. The Primary School ensure the children at the heart of everything they do and work in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community to help support them through their learning. The Primary School is looking to take on an inspiring and collaborative Primary School Teacher on a temporary basis, leading to a potential permanent position for the right Primary School Teacher. The successful candidate will be working across Key Stage 2 / KS2 and will be responsible for planning and preparing lessons, keeping track of students’ progress, managing the work of teaching assistants, all whilst creating an engaging environment for pupils. The role will be full time between the times of 08:30am 15:30pm so the successful candidate will need to be flexible to commit to this.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status / NQT
• Experience teaching up to Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Excellent planning, organisation and classroom management
• The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils
