Primary School Teacher Full-time Immediate Start

Salary: 150 - 200 per day (dependent on payroll option at interview)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge primary-aged students across a range of subjects.
  • Differentiate teaching methods and resources to cater to the individual learning needs of students, including those with SEND.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student success.
  • Promote academic progress while also focusing on personal development and fostering emotional resilience in students.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff to provide tailored learning experiences and achieve the best outcomes for all students.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies and ensure a safe, respectful classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress through regular feedback and reports, ensuring that students are on track to meet their learning objectives.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to continually improve your teaching practice.
