This role supports the Customer Service team in achieving its goals by ensuring accurate and efficient management of Master Data, Deflator agreements, and EDI processes. The position plays a key part in enabling smooth end-to-end operations from order to invoice and invoice to cash, contributing to outstanding service delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Promax, and experience in FMCG environments. A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Collaboration spans across internal teams (Sales, IT, Finance, Supply Planning) and external partners (customers, 3PLs), with a hybrid working model and occasional customer visits. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
