A leading health insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Pricing Governance Manager to enhance pricing governance and ensure compliance within AXA Health. The successful candidate will strategize governance to align commercial aims with positive customer outcomes and must have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. The role requires excellent mathematical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position supports hybrid working arrangements.
Were making a significant investment in pricing capability with a comprehensive pricing transformation programme. This includes the implementation of new pricing software, market-leading modelling, and performance monitoring approaches. Our pricing structure is more aligned to focus on the key disciplines of technical pricing, market pricing and pricing governance. As a result, several vacancies have arisen, with a need for strong data science, actuarial and governance skills.
Were looking for a Pricing Governance Manager to join us. Reporting into the Head of Pricing Governance and Controls, youll ensure effective pricing governance for AXA Health, implementing positive, balanced and effective pricing risk control, with a strong focus on achieving good customer outcomes whilst enabling AXA Health to meet commercial targets. This role is key in understanding regulatory requirements relating to pricing and owning key pricing documentation, whilst working with the Pricing team to ensuring policies are appropriate and adhered to.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. Youll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
