Pricing Analyst
London/Hybrid (1-2 days per week) |Full-Time

My client are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their growing Underwriting & Pricing team, where you’ll help shape innovative insurance solutions with data at the heart of decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and enhance pricing models to optimise product performance and profitability.
  • Deliver deep-dive statistical analysis to inform business and underwriting decisions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, underwriting trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven proposition development.
  • Drive efficiencies through process improvement and smart automation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to thought leadership in pricing.
What You Bring
  • A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Actuarial Science, Maths, Stats).
  • Proven experience in pricing, preferably in personal lines or wider general insurance.
  • Strong technical skills (GLMs, Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, Python, R, Power BI/Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Progress towards actuarial (IFoA) or insurance (CII) qualifications is a plus
