The Oaks Medical Group is looking for a prescribing clerk who will manage patient prescription requests and administrative tasks within a GP practice or clinical setting, liaising with patients, pharmacies, and clinicians to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions and medication-related queries. Key duties include processing prescription requests, handling patient and pharmacy communication, inputting data into patient records, and supporting clinicians with medication reviews and audits.
