ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Manager to lead a small, community-focused preschool that s truly at the heart of village life. This is a rewarding opportunity for an early years professional who thrives on making a difference, supporting children, families, and staff alike.

About the Role

As the Preschool Manager, you ll take responsibility for leading and inspiring a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver high-quality early years provision.
  • Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
  • Promote inclusive practice and effectively support children with SEND.
  • Oversee the daily management of the preschool, including planning, health & safety, and administration.

About You
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5+ desirable).

  • Confident in managing people, paperwork, and daily operations.
  • Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
