We are over 1000 people based out of 15 offices and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

One of the next big chapters is scaling our Premium Experience Strategy & Sales capability. Delivering world-class experiences rethinking how premium sales work in sports & entertainment and building long-term partnerships that deliver a blend of record breaking commerical growth with industry leading experiences for attendees.

We're looking for a Premium Seating Strategy & Sales Director to lead this growth. A commercial force who can win, build and lead major premium & hospitality partnerships like the ones we have with the European Tour Group and The R&A delivering measurable sustained results.

You’ll lead an already high-performing team helping them reach new heights through hands‑on coaching, commercial rigour and creative ambition while driving the sourcing of new global premium sales partnerships.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation and pace and views technology, data and human connection as equally powerful sales tools.

Requirements

You’re a commercially sharp, people-focused leader who’s as comfortable closing multi-million‑pound partnerships as you are coaching a talented team.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading B2B and B2C premium or hospitality sales in sport entertainment or luxury experiences.
  • A record of delivering revenue growth, margin optimisation and long‑term client value.
  • Experience managing and developing high‑performing commercial teams.
  • A curious analytical mindset with the confidence to advise senior clients on emerging trends.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, digital sales channels and how AI can transform customer acquisition and service.
