A reputable educational institution in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated Premises Manager to maintain the premises and grounds to the highest standards. You will work closely with a friendly team to ensure compliance and safety while engaging positively with students and staff. This full-time role offers a salary range of £30,024 - £33,699 per annum and is part of a community-focused academy trust. Location: The Bridge School – multi site.
We are seeking to appoint a Premises Manager responsible for ensuring that the premises and grounds of the school are maintained to the highest possible level of cleanliness and are attractive in appearance at all times. You will be a practical, hands‑on person who will work closely with site team, and be able to travel between sites within Ipswich and Felixstowe to ensure a high level of compliance and safety.
The Bridge School is a popular school educating children and young people between the ages of 4 - 19 who have a wide range of communication, physical, and profound and multiple learning difficulties. Many of the pupils are on the Autistic Spectrum. The school serves a catchment area that covers Ipswich and surrounding areas of Suffolk and is part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking Academy Trust.
You will work as part of an experienced and friendly team who collaborate and work together.
