A primary care provider in Greater London is looking for a Practice Nurse to join their team. As part of our connected nursing network, you’ll deliver safe, evidence-based care across a range of services, from managing long‑term conditions and running health promotion clinics to providing cervical screening, immunisations, and wound care. You’ll work closely with GPs, Pharmacists, HCAs, and Nursing Associates in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration and innovation.

To deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care within a multidisciplinary primary care team, supporting patients across South East London. The Practice Nurse plays a key role in managing long‑term conditions, promoting preventative care and contributing to clinical quality frameworks such as QOF and local enhanced services.
